I first heard about Cisco home when I worked as a designer in 帕萨迪纳市, CA. 现在, my interior design firm is established in Portola Valley, CA, a gorgeous town on the San Francisco Peninsula.
Our House Full of Readers by MMID project has multiple upholstery pieces by 优德app. For this project, a 1920s Tudor Revival style home in Palo Alto, CA, a big priority was providing enough seating both for quiet afternoons reading, and for hosting packed bookclub nights. My clients came with me to 优德app to identify the perfect reading chair, and they selected the Rebecca Chair for curling up with a good book. Instead of a skirted design I modified the chair with Cisco's fun "Zio" bobbin feet in a soft stain color.
What is attractive about Cisco is that it is a local California company, making it's furniture in Los Angeles. I am also attracted by the "inside green" program that utilizes FSC certified wood, organic latex foam, and wool to create furniture that is healthy for my clients and treads more lightly on the earth. I love that Cisco has its own line of fabrics that prioritizes natural fibers, such as 100% linen.
For the pieces throughout the home, I used a mix of 优德app fabrics, and COM fabrics to accomplish my vision. As an interior designer, something essential to me when doing upholstery pieces, is the flexibility for customization and utilizing multiple fabrics to create interest and contrast - and 优德app offers that. This means each piece has the 优德app quality and comfort, and reflects the unique personality of my clients with MMID flair.
In the Living Room we used:
The Gunner Daybed in a COM velvet, and contrasting COM pillows A Pair of Rebecca 椅子 in COM fabric, with contrasting Cusco Grey Velvet. We also modified these with your fun "Zio" bobbin legs at the front. Goodman Banquette in Heather Laurent Cloud, which we used as a settee.
In the Den/Media Room/Family Room we used:
The Cosmo Sofa in Cusco Indigo Velvet, with contrasting COM bolster pillows.
